:cry: I tried to install Shared SSL, but got a runtime error. This is very bad because I need secure pages for my order screens. The lack of tech support from Westhost is most distressing. Why they would change something major on saturday night, and then flake out the rest of the weekend is astoundingly bad.
Several westhost techs have been in and out of the forum much of the day. From what I can see they've been working round the clock since last weekend at least..... They brought in more techs to deal with some of the problems they've had. I have seen other folks report this runtime error in installing a few other things.
